Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SignalFloor (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SignalFloor is a platform that provides trading signal aggregation, performance tracking, and educational content. The Service does NOT provide financial advice, execute trades on your behalf, or manage your investment portfolio.
3. No Financial Advice
IMPORTANT: The information, signals, and content provided through SignalFloor are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets (including forex, cryptocurrencies, stocks, and commodities) involves substantial risk of loss. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any trading signal or provider is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
- You must conduct your own research and due diligence
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- You must not use the Service for any illegal activities
- You must keep your account credentials secure
6. Signal Providers
Signal providers on SignalFloor are independent third parties. SignalFloor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any signals. We verify provider performance data but make no warranties regarding future performance.
7. Advanced Alert Routing (Optional Opt-In Feature)
“Advanced Alert Routing” is an optional feature that, when explicitly enabled by you, forwards signal payloads published on SignalFloor to an Expert Advisor (“EA”) or bridge program that you have installed and configured on your own machine or third-party server, connected to your own broker account using credentials you control.
By enabling Advanced Alert Routing you acknowledge and agree that:
- SignalFloor does not execute trades on your behalf. We forward signal payloads only. Any order placement, modification, or cancellation happens through the EA or bridge program you have installed, running against your own broker account.
- The EA is user-installed and user-operated. You are solely responsible for obtaining, installing, configuring, maintaining, updating, and monitoring the EA or bridge program. SignalFloor does not supply the EA and makes no warranty as to its accuracy, reliability, or compatibility with any broker.
- You are responsible for all trading activity and outcomes. This includes all profits, losses, margin calls, commissions, spreads, slippage, broker fees, and tax consequences arising from any trade placed by your EA, whether or not such trade resulted from a SignalFloor signal.
- Consent is revocable at any time. Disabling Advanced Alert Routing in your settings stops future forwarding immediately. Trades already opened by your EA are not affected — you must close them yourself through your broker or EA.
- We capture opt-in evidence. When you enable the feature we record the date, the version of these Terms you accepted, and the IP address and user-agent of the device used to opt in. The same fields are captured on revocation. This record is retained for regulatory and dispute-resolution purposes.
- Material changes require fresh consent. If we update these Terms in a way that materially affects Advanced Alert Routing, the feature will pause until you review the updated Terms and opt in again.
Nothing in this section extends SignalFloor’s role beyond publication of signals and optional forwarding. SignalFloor is not a broker, dealer, introducing broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or portfolio manager, and does not hold, custody, or have access to any customer funds or broker credentials.
8. Provider compensation and ranking disclosure
Providers on SignalFloor are paid by SignalFloor when users subscribe to their content. This is a material commercial relationship and we disclose it here (and on every provider profile) so users can make informed decisions.
Revenue share. When a user pays a subscription to follow a provider, SignalFloor retains a platform fee and the remainder is credited to the provider’s payout ledger (see the public pricing page for the current split). Payouts are subject to KYC verification, sanctions screening, and a minimum-balance threshold. Providers may also receive one-time referral bonuses and platform credits for hitting performance milestones; those are logged in the same audit ledger.
How providers are featured and ranked. Ranking on the leaderboard, marketplace, and “featured” modules is driven by a publicly-documented formula combining Laplace-smoothed win rate, risk-adjusted return (Sharpe proxy), profit factor (capped), and maximum drawdown over the prior 90 days. No amount of payment to SignalFloor changes this ranking. The full formula and its thresholds are published at /docs/tier-formula. Any change to the formula is a versioned migration, not an administrative action.
Not sponsored content. Individual signals and provider commentary are produced by the providers themselves, not paid for by SignalFloor. SignalFloor does not review, endorse, or independently verify trading ideas. Testimonials displayed on the site are either flagged as “Sample” or “Verified customer feedback” so you can always tell which is which.
No undisclosed affiliate links. Any external link on SignalFloor that earns us an affiliate commission carries a visible “#ad” or “sponsored” label per the US FTC 16 CFR Part 255 endorsement guide and the UK CAP Code.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on SignalFloor are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalFloor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalFloor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
